This Balance slider necklace is inspired by the Inukshuk structure of rough stones stacked in the form of a human figure, traditionally used by Inuit people as a landmark or a commemorative sign, navigation, as a point of reference, a marker for travel routes, including guiding travellers, warning of danger, assisting hunters and marking places of reverence. Very common in the West Coast and Vancouver, I've designed and created this sliding pendant with sterling a silver square tube, gold-filled square wire with a lustrous peg-set amethyst and baroque pearl.
